After graduating from the CYC program, I hope to work for Children's Aid. I would like to continue my education in University by obtaining my degree, and helping to build my knowledge and skills as a child and youth care practitioner. One day, I would like to be a foster parent, so I believe this will help me to achieve that goal in the future.

I also have interest in working in a women's shelter. Working with people that need my help is something I love to do. I want to be able to give assistance to people that are fleeing situations that are unhealthy, or in general just need a helping hand.

I currently work in a group home, which I love as well. I would be very happy staying in a group home setting. It is very challenging work, but very enlightening and beautiful as well. I am able to teach life skills, and be able to make an imprint on the youths life in ways I never knew I could.
