Unique Traits
My unique traits are;

My ability to be sarcastic and goofy. I like to tell silly jokes to the youth I work with and make them laugh. I also love board games and having a good time doing whatever the other person I am with wants to do. When working with youth, I can have fun with them and make their day a bit more exciting.

My big heart and always wanting to help people. I would do anything for anyone. I care a lot about others, and I am constantly looking for ways I can be helpful in the community.

My ability to be reliable. I always fulfill the promises that I make. This is a helpful trait, as the youth can learn to trust me, as I will not lie to them. I also attend all staff meetings I am required to attend, and I cover other staff shifts when they cannot make it.

I am hardworking. As a young, single mother, I have had to do a lot on my own. With my perseverance in everything I do, I have been able to accomplish a lot. When I put my mind to something, I know that I can succeed. I would love to be able to pass this trait along to the youth that I work with as a CYC Practitioner.

I am openminded. I am comfortable being around any person, in any walk of life. I am also comfortable partaking in activities that I normally would not do in my normal day to day life. I believe this trait will help me as a CYC Practitioner, as it will help to strengthen the relationship between the youth and myself.
